I will spend the day with you & help you clean out your pantry, fridge & freezer. Afterwards we will take a trip to the grocery store to put back items in your kitchen. Then we will come back to your house & do food prep for the week.

Helping Busy Moms & Middle Aged Women

I work with busy moms & middle aged women who want to lose weight, ditch the dieting & learn how to eat a healthier diet. I will show you how to create life long habits, shift the mindset & increase body positivity.
