Making a meal does not have to be complicated. I will teach you how to make meals for yourself. I have created a blank menu template & a cheat sheet to teach you how to build a meal. I offer a collectioin of healthy recipes that supports your weight loss needs.

Pantry Makeover
​
I will spend the day with you & help you clean out your pantry, fridge & freezer. Afterwards we will take a trip to the grocery store to put back items in your kitchen. Then we will come back to your house & do food prep for the week.
